I have been a licensed psychologist for 19 years and have been a therapist for a total of 29 years.  My extensive education and training has led me to emphasize building a collaborative relationship with the client and using a variety of coping tools to assist in attaining mental health goals. I enjoy being a psychologist and have helped many people over the years.

From the first call until you complete your treatment, I will take the time to listen and understand what your psychological concerns are.  I will work with you to create a plan for the changes you need to improve your emotional well-being.  We will work together to help ensure that you can follow through on this plan.
 

Effective Help with Change

I conduct psychotherapy with clients that uses effective techniques for dealing with common everyday frustrations as well as changing life long dysfunctional patterns of living.   Most individuals who engage in the treatment process find relief from their distress.
